• DENSE ADHESIONS, CAPSULAR THICKENING, CAPSULAR RESTRICTIONS IN FOLDS OF JOINT CAPSULE
• GLOBAL LOSS OF ACTIVE & PASSIVE GH MOTION.
• LOSS OF ER *HALLMARK*
• GREATER UPWARD ROTATION
